Greetings Rowlett Families,
At our Board Meeting on Wednesday, July 24th, our board of directors officially approved that our Director of Operations, Dr. Chuck Fradley, would also serve as the Interim Principal of Rowlett Middle Academy for the 24-25 school year. Mrs. Ericsson and Ms. Dean will continue to serve as Assistant Principals. He is very excited to learn more about the middle school and support all the great things the staff and students do.
Additionally, a preliminary plan for identifying a permanent replacement was also discussed. The plan set forth a tentative timeline and opportunities for all stakeholders to provide input in the selection of a new principal. Ultimately, we hope to hire a replacement in time for them to join us for the final month of school so that they may begin acclimating to the Rowlett culture and the middle school campus.
