The end of the school year is quickly approaching! Please pick up your child’s medication by DISMISSAL on Friday, May 24, 2024, which is the last day of school for students. Any medication that is not picked up by dismissal on May 24th will be discarded per School Health Program policy.
At this time, please consider picking up a new blank Medication Authorization Form for the next school year (Or you can print one from our website).
