Mr. Clark’s Summer Update

Dear RMA families,

I hope that your families are having an awesome summer and this email finds you well. I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude for your continuous support and Synergy throughout last school year. RMA values your partnership, and I feel that together we can continue providing a positive and trusting environment where everyone feels valued, safe, and empowered to Lead.

Rowlett welcomes all new families and students to our positive school community and I look forward to working with you this school year. We realize that it takes support and collaboration between both school and home to ensure academic and personal growth for our student leaders. We are so proud of all of the success and progress that Rowlett Middle has made in just 6 fast school years. At RMA, we feel that character plus intelligence is the true goal of education. Our mission is to build on the Rowlett core principles and values of academic excellence, integrating the Arts, and incorporating student Leadership into all areas of our campus.

It is important that we reflect on another awesome year and all of our success that was achieved at RMA. The past academic year has been filled with numerous accomplishments, milestones, and growth for both our students and staff on campus. As we continuously improve as a school and organization, we must remain aligned with our school mission of creating a high quality educational experience that promotes creativity & excellence in academics by integrating communication, the Arts, and leadership through a framework of 21st century learning.

I am asking everyone to take this summer to reflect, rejuvenate, and recharge so we can be prepared to work hard and meet our students where they are again in August. Please visit our school website here to access information about summer assignments, uniforms, or other important RMA topics. Have a great summer and I will see you at Open House & Parent University on 8/5!
