If accepted, the student will participate in an Arts-Electives session to select his/her electives by the designated deadline (TBD)
I affirm that my student is in good standing at his current school. He/She attends school on a consistent basis (no more than 10 absences this year, arrives at school on time, has had no behavior issues, and receives grades of D’s or better.
I am aware of the Arts, Communication, and Leadership theme of Rowlett Middle Academy and am committed to fulfilling the school’s parental requirements.
I understand the Principal of Rowlett Middle Academy may recommend the revocation of choice if you or the student fails to comply with attendance, punctuality, and student conduct requests.
I understand the expectation to work closely with teachers and school staff to support my child’s academic progress including attendance at all parent/teacher conferences.
I will accept responsibility for my academic progress and make sure all assignments are completed and turned in on time.
I understand the expectation to wear a school uniform.
I understand the expectation to exhibit good citizenship, respectful behavior, and come to school regularly and on time.
I understand the expectation and importance of volunteering at Rowlett Middle Academy.

Si me aceptan, vera el sesión de artes optativas a para selecctionar sus optativasantes de la fecha designada.
Afirmo que mi estudiante está en buena posición con su escuela actual. Él/ella asiste a la escuela constantemente (no más de 10 ausencias este año), llega a la escuela a tiempo, no ha tenido problemas de disciplina y mantiene calificaciones de D o mejores.
Soy consciente que Rowlett Middle Academy es una escuela de Artes, Comunicación y Liderazgo y estoy comprometido a cumplir con los requisitos de la escuela.
Entiendo que el director de Rowlett Middle Academy puede recomendar la revocación de la opción al final de cualquier año en el cual el estudiante no cumpla con las solicitudes de asistencia, puntualidad y conducta estudiantil.
